Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving the order, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Fresh flowers and perishable items
• Customized or personalized products
• Cakes and food items
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
• If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Nigwa will cover the return shipping cost

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
• In some cases, bank processing time may apply

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer:

• Store credit
• Or full refund (based on case evaluation)

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible

• Nigwa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above
